At TERIHOME ( Studio AKA LLC ), your satisfaction means everything to us. We are proud of the quality and craftsmanship of our quilts and bedding products. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to make it right. Please take a moment to review our full Return & Refund Policy below.
1. Return Window & Eligibility
You may return most items purchased from TERIHOME ( Studio AKA LLC ) within 10 days of the delivery date for a full or partial refund, depending on the condition of the item.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in brand-new condition — unused, unwashed, unaltered, and free of stains or odors.

The item must include all original tags, packaging, and accessories.

The return request must be made within 30 calendar days from the date your package was delivered.

A valid proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) is required.
Important: Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” (including personalized quilts or special promotions) cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.
2. How to Start a Return

Our support team will review your request within 1–2 business days and respond with next steps and return instructions.
Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping Fees

For U.S. orders:
– If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damage, defect), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
– If the return is due to change of mind, size, or style preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. -
For international orders:
– All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping the receipt of shipment until the refund is processed. TeriHome is not responsible for lost return shipments.
4. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

In case your return does not meet the conditions above (damaged, stained, or used), we reserve the right to refuse the refund or charge a restocking fee (up to 30%).
Shipping fees (if any) and international customs duties are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our fault.
5. Replacements & Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to get a different color, size, or design, please:

Place a new order for the desired item.
This ensures the fastest processing and inventory availability.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described:

We will offer a full refund, replacement, or store credit, depending on your preference and availability.
We take great care in packaging and quality control, but we’re here to fix things if something goes wrong.
7. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and personalization reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Personalized or custom-made quilts

Clearance or Final Sale items

Items without original tags or packaging

Items used, washed, or altered

Gift cards or promotional codes
8. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, we begin processing and cannot cancel or modify the order.
If your order has already shipped, you must wait until the item is delivered and initiate a return according to our policy.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:
